Meditation is the single-minded focus on merging with the infinite (as God, Spirit, angels, the Light, etc.). It doesn’t matter what you call it, because it feels the same when you find that place of yoga, i.e. union, with the Divine.

With consistency, presence, and devotion, the practice of meditation will transform you from a human being having a spiritual experience to a spiritual being having a human experience.
